Japan PO ARC IDOC (goods receipt) is failed due to error. PO and IDOC details are given below.

PO: 4500128514
IDOC: 17369467

Understand that above given goods receipt IDOC is failed due to passing of incorrect data. In the IDOC for one schedule line quantity is specified as Zero. Due that IDOC is failed. The same thing is conveyed to New Era and advised to reprocess the IDOC after correcting the quantity value.

Resolution

Reprocessed the IDOC without any issues after correcting the quantity.
